Q: What do I need to pay attention to when charging?

A: 1. The charging voltage of the Anderson charging port is 12V-50V, and it will be damaged if it exceeds 50V.

2. The input voltage of the AC port is 90V-130V and the power reaches 1100W, otherwise it cannot be charged normally.

Q: Once we use this unit if there is an over voltage will it lock out of so what do we do to reset it?

A: You need turn off the one's switch button, then turn it on again, just do like this is ok.

Q: Can this power station support charging devices while being charged?

A: Yes, it supports. But please make sure the power station has at least 10% power left.

Q: Why would the generator fan run on and off if it’s not in use or plugged into anything?

A: The station is Built-in Smart and Silent Cooling Fan, during charging of it, the fan will be automatically turned on when the unit is hotter to maintain the unit, when the temperature drops to a certain level, the fan will be turned off.

Q: How does the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) work?

A: When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.
