Shipping Policy

Processing and Delivery Times

We aim to get your electric bike components and accessories to you as quickly as possible. Because we fulfill orders directly from our partner warehouses located within the European Union (primarily in Poland, France, and Germany), we are able to offer fast transit times across the EU.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.

  • Carriers: We use reliable regional and international courier networks, most commonly DPD, Smartpost, and other specialized local carriers, depending on the weight and size of your products (such as heavy batteries or conversion kits).

Shipping Costs

We offer simple, transparent pricing for delivery:

  • Free Shipping: All orders with a total value of €50 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping (Under €50): For orders under €50, the exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the product’s weight/dimensions.

Order Tracking

For most items, we will provide a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking code and a link to follow your package. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the courier’s system after the package is handed over.

Warehouses and Customs Duties

All our products are shipped from warehouses located strictly within the European Union. Because your order is shipped intra-EU, you will not be charged any unexpected import taxes, customs duties, or border fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is final.

(Note: We currently do not ship to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, or destinations outside of the EU customs territory. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund orders heading to remote islands or specific postcodes where our couriers cannot safely deliver heavy goods like e-bike batteries).

Damaged or Lost Packages

Electric bikes, conversion kits, and batteries are heavy and require careful handling. While we use trusted couriers, transport damage can occasionally happen.

  • Upon Delivery: Please inspect the exterior of the package carefully before signing for it. If the box is severely damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery or sign for it “with reservations” regarding the damage.

  • Reporting Damage: If you open the box and find the product is damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and email them to us at shop@electricstore.eu within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
