If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\r\n
Because we sell high-value electronics and vehicles, the following specific conditions apply to our product categories:<\/p>\r\n
Electric Bikes & Scooters:<\/b> The vehicle must not have been ridden outdoors. It must be free from dirt, scratches, and any signs of wear. The odometer must show minimal test mileage (under 2 km for indoor testing only).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Conversion Kits & Components:<\/b> Must not show any signs of installation, splicing, or mechanical stress. All original cables, connectors, and mounting hardware must be intact and unused.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Batteries:<\/b> Must not show signs of use, mounting, or abnormal charging cycles. Due to shipping regulations, batteries must be returned in their original, certified hazardous-materials packaging.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Business Purchases (B2B):<\/b> Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity (a registered business).<\/p>\r\n Testing and Diminished Value:<\/b> To exercise your 14-day right of return, the product must only be used in a way that is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning\u2014exactly as you would be allowed to test an item in a physical retail store. If the item has been used beyond this (e.g., outdoor riding, physical installation of a motor kit), we have the legal right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the decrease in the item’s value.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/b><\/p>\r\n Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:<\/p>\r\n Items that have been modified, customized, or damaged by improper installation.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Gift cards.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.<\/p>\r\n Partial Refunds:<\/i> If an item is returned with missing parts, damaged original packaging, or signs of installation\/use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee from your final refund amount to cover the loss in value.<\/p>\r\n Shipping Cost Refunds:<\/b> If you are returning an entire order for a refund, we will refund the original delivery cost. If an exchange is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions.<\/p>\r\n You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived defective).
